Choose how you'll have your damaged repaired

You have a variety of options when it comes to repairing your vehicle:

  • Use a repair shop near you from our network of highly trained repair facilities. We will guarantee the repairs as long as you own the vehicle.

  • Repair your vehicle at a shop outside of our network. We will work with you to get photos of the damage and create an estimate for your repairs.

  • We have options for rental vehicles while your vehicle is being repaired.

Track and manage claim online

You can check the status of your claim and manage your claim details by using our online claim management portal.

  • Upload receipts or documents
  • View payments

  • View repair shop and rental details

We pay for the covered repairs
  • Farmers pays the contractor directly 
  • You are reimbursed by direct deposit to your bank account or debit card
  • We can send you a check

Once all payments have been completed and repairs made to your satisfaction, we will close your claim.

Repairing your damage

We have a variety of options when it comes to repairing your home or replacing your belongings.

  • We will need to collect photos of your home/belongings to assess the damage and create an estimate. We have a variety of ways to do this depending on your specific situation.

  • We can set you up with emergency services that are available  24/7/365 if needed.

  • We can refer you to a contractor certified by Farmers who will provide a job-completion guarantee and a 5-year workmanship warranty.
