Auto and home insurance FAQs

Farmers GroupSelect offers a voluntary benefit program made available to you by your employer. It gives you access to value-added features and benefits, including special group discounts on auto and home insurance.

In addition to auto and homeowners, we offer a variety of other insurance policies, including renters, condo, personal excess liability, boat, motorcycle, RV, and more.

There are employee discounts that could save you hundreds of dollars based on where you work. Additionally, we have automatic payment discounts and options, tenure discounts (where available; not available in MA), good driver rewards, multi-policy discounts, multi-vehicle discounts, 24/7 professional claim service, and much more.

For policyholders, we offer Farmers Concierge Auto Repair Experience (Farmers CARE)4, which can help you find local repair shops, though the choice of any service provider is up to you. In addition, roadside assistance is available; pricing and limits vary by state and policy form. We also offer car rental with pick-up and drop-off service following a covered loss (must have collision/comprehensive coverage), and windshield repair services without a deductible, where possible.

For policyholders, where available, we offer access to a national network of pre-screened contractors, replacement cost coverage options for homes3, and identity protection services2.

Our service center is available to assist Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST/EDT, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST/EDT, Sunday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST/EDT.
